China Youth International Travel Inc. offers you a convenient China visa service by mail. The Chinese consulates do not accept mail-in visa applications at this time, we will submit your visa application to Chinese consulates in person on your behalf, regardless which state you reside. 

The consulate fees for each US passport are:

two years entry visa: $130
(It takes the consulate 1 week to issue a visa without rush service.)

China Youth International Travel Inc. processing fees are:

Standard service fee: $15 per passport
Standard delivery fee^*: $10 per package (USPS delivery)
Rush service: add $15 per passport
Rush delivery fee^*: $19 per package (USPS next day)
* For 48 continental states only. $10 extra for Hawaii and Alaska.

Standard service works the best if you have more than 14 days of time. Rush service should be used if you have less than 14 days. A minimum of 4 business days are needed. Must call us first if you need it within 7 days. Here is an example. For a single entry visa, the standard service costs you total of $90; while the rush service costs $134.

You need to send the followings to China Youth International Travel Inc.

• Your actual passport with at least 6 months validity left before expiration and at least one blank page for Visas left (12-month validity for Z, X and other visas)

• Visa Application Form. If you cannot open the form, please download the reader here.

• One 2"x2" passport photo affixed on the visa application form. The consulate accept only STANDARD passport photo with both ears visible.

• Your money order for the total amount payable to  China Youth International Travel Inc. with your delivery address with your phone number and your email addresser types of visa (work, study, transit)

• If you apply a visa for your child under 18, you must include photocopies of your child's birth certificate and your alien registration card or passport.

• If you apply a multiple entry visa, you must attach invitation letter and other documents from your counterpart in China to justify the nature of your multiple visits.
